Had a small but comfortable CNY gathering with my friends on this day. <33 Too bad we didn't get yee sang to eat though lol

First day of Chinese New Year! 'Twas quiet, but we went to visit one of my aunts and they stay on the 10th floor... This is the view from the balcony and you can see the Titiwangsa mountains in the distance. They're so blue and pleasing to the eye (unfghghgh I love mountains, my camera's in-built phone does no justice to what I saw with my own eyes D;)

Eventhough our Chinese New Year reunion dinner (on the eve) was pretty quiet, the food and company were good.

I had to follow my friends for a mini photoshoot for one of our assignments at Pyramid really early in the morning... most of the shops still weren't open at 10am, so I took the time to walk around the Asian Avenue and I found that the Korean street stall's food display looked so yummy. T_T

My order from Sunrise arrived today! Just in time for Chinese New Year. I love the dress and red long sleeved top I got (mine are all out of the box, the ones in the box are the clothes that a friend ordered together with me)... unfortunately the pleated skirt doesn't fit as it's too short and covers shit lol. DX oh well! Guess I'll make a trip to the Summit again soon... I really want a pleated plaid skirt to wear to college (that's knee length or so). /sob

Ahhh sorry for not updating this on a frequent basis! I'll slowly be adding my backlog with the appropriate dates soon, perhaps after I make this entry or something.

Anyway.



I went to KLPac's Open Day today with Jac'Kee and Raincloud! Ahh I don't ever regret going for this, and I would LOVE to go again next year. There are so many things going on, and the Bijou Bazaar was great! I scored myself an awesomeee tartan dress for only RM25. :D I guess I'll take a pic of it next time? But anyways, saw a lot of familiar people there and the crowd was great... overall the whole event has a really nice feeling and even if we went pretty late, it was good. (I was actually working on some weird photo assignment earlier on and had to rush it so I could go for this)

The shop's signage says 'Bukit Fesyen Kanak-Kanak' which means 'Children's Fashion Boutique' but right outside that shop is a mannequin wearing a super kinky bondage outfit.... OTL

Milo + Nutella is a really REALLY rich drink... it'll be something which I'll drink once in a blue, blue moon.

After doing some Chinese New Year shopping with friends, we had J.Co donuts before going home XD

Before going off to Low Yat to get my new PC, we had breakfast at Yuk Kee in Dang Wangi and the food there is awesome. Especially the roti babi. I always like eating at that old school coffee shop T^Tbbbbbb

I haven't been to my grandparents' place in awhile since they're currently at my aunt's place in Australia. And likewise, it's been awhile since I went upstairs and I've always liked this old school electric fan that's been in my grandfather's room (I have no idea why either).

Went around my housing area right after class to take more photos for my assignment... which SHOULD have been done by the holidays, but eh. *coughs* This is one of the photos I took for reference but in the end I don't think it can be used well. Honestly I think I should look at more photography sites and whatnot, I feel that my landscape and scenery photos are kind of shitty and I have still have NO idea how to execute tomorrow's assignment. Ahhhh I think I should just prepare to be slaughtered in class :/

Yeaaaaaa! Spoils for the day. I've been waiting to get my P4 artbook since forever, and I was really delighted to find out that it had a 20% discount as it's on sale along with the P3 artbook and other stuffs. The discounts for the artbooks this month is really good IMHO. Other than that I got my Hetalia manga, Satou Mizu's PoT collection and also a Rilakkuma folder. And a random PSP cloth casing (APE ESCAPE!!!) that my friend isn't using at all (I'll be using it as my NDS case lolol). 8DD;;

I asked my cousin to helped me get some katanas from Jonker Street last weekend for my Hakuouki cosplay... unfortunately these are pretty short. Kind of like a kodachi's length? ><; So either way I'd have to build one katana from scratch and just use one of these when I cosplay, yae. D: Maybe I should sell one of them off.

Ahhhh thank you SO MUCH Joe! For helping me get this awesome Kurou/Nozomi doujinshi anthology from C75. ;A; You can say it's the first Harutoki doujin anthology that I own, haha. I haven't read it yet, but I will do so after I finish this blog entry! >D

New Year's card from Iluna, who is currently studying in Japan. The card is really lovely! The cow illustration is terribly cute. Receiving cards/letters from friends really makes me happy. >_<;

I went on a super spontaneous and totally random trip to Bukit Tinggi with several friends (Shoji, Jac'Kee, Kazeki, Mintos, ElderG and Chocolime) today... simply because we all needed a holiday! Unfortunately it rained like crazy the entire time we were there, but we still had a lot of fun nevertheless.

Since I don't want to pollute my LJ f-list with daily photo spammage, chasing clouds is now open! Basically it's just a photo diary of sorts... all because I'm starting up my own Project 365 this year. I'll try my best to update every day with a photo and complete this project!

The weather outside just a couple of moments ago. It's been as cloudy as this for the past few days, and honestly the weather now is VERY P4-worthy. Good for Persona 4 photoshoots! *bricked* That and I can't help but have "Heartbeat, Heartbreak" play in my head whenever the weather's like this... ahhh P4 is really taking over my life. D;
